VSQRD provides laboratory information management software, deployed per customer, under a written agreement with that customer.
You retain ownership of everything you put into the system. Each customer runs its own deployment and its own repository.
Service levels, support hours, and upgrade schedules are set in your agreement rather than here — each deployment upgrades on its own schedule.
VSQRD produces a validation package for each deployment. Qualifying the system for its intended use in your quality system remains your responsibility.
